Tie-Dye Apparel: All tie-dye items are hand-crafted. While we keep some ready-to-ship inventory, please allow 3-5 business days for processing and dyeing before your order is dispatched.

Fine Art Originals: Original charcoal and graphite drawings require careful packaging to ensure they arrive undamaged. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing and securing the artwork for transit.

Custom Commissions: Timelines for custom artworks will be discussed and agreed upon individually before work begins.

We ship orders from Accra, Ghana.

Domestic Shipping (Ghana): Nationwide delivery is handled by local courier partners. Delivery typically takes 1-3 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries via established carriers (e.g., DHL). Delivery times vary depending on the destination, usually ranging from 5-14 business days. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred upon arrival.

Tie-Dye Apparel: We accept returns for unworn, unwashed apparel within 14 days of delivery. Because each item is uniquely hand-dyed, variations in color and pattern are intentional and not considered defects. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the wrong item was sent.

Fine Art Originals: Due to the delicate nature of original drawings, all sales of fine art are final. We take exceptional care in photographing and describing the pieces accurately. If an artwork arrives damaged due to transit, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence.

Custom Commissions: Custom portraiture and commissioned artworks are non-refundable once the deposit has been paid and the work has commenced.
